ROFESSIONAL SERVICES
You want to be sure of the success of your customer installation? Nothing could be
simpler: Sintel can offer you two types of services depending on the situation. The
time required will be calculated by Sintel when we receive your prerequisites and
we will guarantee our service on that basis.
• SAS (On-Site Assistance Service) installation, configuration, training
- SAS Express : fixed charge of 550
€ plus travel costs
- SAS Standard : fixed charge of 950 € plus travel costs
- o SAS Advanced : fixed charge of 1375 € plus travel costs
• SIR (Remote Installation Service) is
available in 3 versions depending on
the products
- SIR Express : 140 € if purchased with the product (otherwise 280 €)
- SIR Standard : 225 € if purchased with the product (otherwise 550 €)
- SIR Advanced : 595 € if purchased with the product (otherwise 1190 €)
AFTER-SALES SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
For any “Level 1” incident it is possible to call our hotline during office hours,
without having any particular contract.
For any equipment breakdown, you can, depending on the products, purchase
a Product Replacement at 60% of the end- user price of this product. The new
equipment will be sent as soon as we have received the broken product.
For “Level 2” incidents and other maintenance services, Sintel can offer the
following support solutions:
• The TSC (Telephone Support Contract), which includes:
- Assistance by telephone, email and Fax (Support for Levels 1 and 2
incidents)
- Minor updates to software
• The PRA** (Product Replacement Assurance), which includes:
- Delivery of a replacement product upon receipt of the broken product
- An extension of the equipment waranty
• The CAT (Technical Assistance Contract), which includes:
- All CST advantages
- All PRA advantages
- On site support
