Please note that these test cases were not designed to test MIC product functionality, but

rather to specifically test key components of PBX integrations using the Dialogic Media

Gateways.

tested, which outline the PBX requirements and configuration settings, as well any test

notes from Interactive Intelligence:

Test Notes:

• Test case 4 not tested

• Test case 5 failed. This is an issue on the Dialogic Media Gateway. Their

engineering team is aware, and will resolve in an upcoming SU.

o This failure causes this integration not to be recommended.

However, if this feature is not employed at the customer site, there

are no other issues preventing the integration from succeeding.

• Test case 7: Call functionality was valid, but resources did not release. This is a

limitation on the MIC side, whereby the original call does not specify the SIP

Transfer-To header to inform the PBX that this call may have an existing call

transferred to it. This feature is optional, and indicates that Follow Me calls will

trombone through the MIC server. Please size your systems accordingly.
